Does this pay off for a small business?
It depends how often the task comes up. Two hours a week over a year is around a hundred hours — then it usually pays for itself quickly. For rare tasks it does not.
Do I have to change my software?
No. It connects to what you use. Switching systems would be expensive and would disrupt your workflow for no good reason.
What about data protection?
Everything runs through providers processing inside the EU, and you get the documentation you need for your record of processing activities.
What if something goes wrong?
Automated processes report errors instead of swallowing them. So you notice before a customer complains.
