Service – Careers page

A careers page applicants stay on — and apply from their phone in two minutes.

Anyone who reads a job ad almost always looks at the business’s website next. That is where they decide whether to apply. If all it says is “we are hiring” and an email address, they are gone. A careers page answers the questions applicants actually have and makes applying so easy that nobody gives up at the cover letter.

01 – Scope

What is included

Duration: 1–3 weeks
Updated:
What does it cost? →

Every position on its own page

One page per position, with tasks, working hours, work area, vehicle, tools, salary range if you want to state it. What an applicant wants to know before calling is there.

Findable in Google’s job search

Positions are marked up with structured data so that Google can show them in its job search — in addition to job boards and without a fee per ad.

Apply in two minutes

Name, phone number, a few questions about experience, optionally a photo of a certificate. No cover letter, no CV required. For trades and care this lowers the barrier more than any nice wording.

Your business, not stock photos

Photos from the workshop, van or ward and two or three short sentences from colleagues. Applicants want to see who they would work with. Phone photos are fine.

A quick reply

Applicants get an immediate confirmation with the next step. Applications reach you sorted, with a short summary if you like. Reply only after two weeks and the applicant is usually gone.

02 – Fit

A good fit if

  • You have been looking for skilled staff or apprentices for months
  • Job ads get clicks but hardly any applications
  • Your website has no jobs section, or only a PDF

When it is not the right choice

If you fill a position once a year, a well-written section on your existing site is enough. A dedicated careers page pays off if you hire regularly or continuously.

Honesty up front saves both sides time — and you money.

03 – Technology

What is used — and what you get from it

Structured data for job postings

Google recognises position, location, working hours and employer and can show the ad in its job search.

Form built for phones

Large fields, few steps, photo upload straight from the camera. Most applications in the trades come from a phone.

Automatic routing

Applications go to the right person, with a confirmation to the applicant. If you like, an AI pre-sorts by position and experience.

Ongoing care

Maintenance - with LivaLink included

Optional and cancellable monthly. Every one of these packages includes LivaLink Business - the subscription alone costs 29 € a month. From 20 € you therefore pay less for maintenance and appointment booking together than for the booking alone.

See LivaLink — appointment booking, contact routes and chat ↗

Basic

20 € / month

When you maintain content yourself and only want the technology covered.

  • LivaLink Business included - appointment booking, contact routes and chat with your own branding instead of a LivaLink notice (normally 29 € a month)
  • Security updates for the system and its extensions
  • Daily backup, restore if the worst happens
  • Uptime checks - I usually notice an outage before you do

Care

69 € / month

When you would rather hand changes over than make them yourself.

  • Everything from Basic
  • Content changes: text, images, prices, opening hours - you write me what should change
  • Rebuilds of the site structure: new pages, reordering, removing
  • Smaller changes are included; anything larger we agree on beforehand
  • Reply within one working day

Visibility

129 € / month

When the site should not just run, but keep moving forward.

  • Everything from Care
  • Ongoing search work: watching rankings, sharpening copy, taking new terms
  • Keeping the Google Business Profile and directory listings current
  • Building reviews, guided
  • A short monthly report: what you are found for and what is next

Without a maintenance agreement your site of course keeps running - you then handle updates yourself, and the regular LivaLink tariff applies.

05 – Questions

Frequently asked

What does a careers page cost?

As an extension of your existing website I bill by effort at the hourly rate of €65; it is often a few days. As part of a new web presence it is included from €1,690. You get a fixed price after a short conversation.

Do I still need job boards?

For reach, often yes. The careers page is where job boards, Google and the QR code on your van point to — and where people decide whether to apply.

Should I state the salary?

If you can, yes. Pay is the first question every applicant asks. A range is enough.

Can applicants get in touch via WhatsApp?

Yes, as an additional route next to the form. For many in the trades it is the lowest barrier of all.

Describe briefly what you need. You get an honest estimate of effort, duration and cost — and a hint if something else fits better.
